Sergeant Major (Retired) Rocky D. Gates was born and raised in Carroll County, Virginia. Graduated CCHS class of 98’. Joined the Army shortly after high school and served 20+ years before retiring in 2019 to focus on family. He relocated back to Carroll County and quickly saw a need for land management services after trying to maintain his own farm. So, he established Rockman Land Management Services LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVO).

Our specialized equipment for land management is a cost-effective solution to reclaim over grown properties, add additional usable acreage, leave you with a beautiful finished landscape and more.
