About Us

Local experience, dependable equipment, and practical solutions for taking care of your land.

A Local Company Built From Firsthand Experience

Rockman Land Management Services LLC was established by Sergeant Major (Retired) Rocky D. Gates, a Carroll County native and 1998 graduate of Carroll County High School. After serving more than 20 years in the United States Army, Rocky retired in 2019 and returned home to focus on his family.

While maintaining his own farm, he saw the need for dependable and affordable land management services in the local community. That experience led to the creation of Rockman Land Management Services, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
